The Story

Peaks from Jerez ("Picos de Jerez") are at their tastiest when accompanying one of your meals.

A traditional bread that goes perfectly with a tapa and a glass of wine or beer. Our delicious bread sticks are made in Jerez de la Frontera, nationally known to be the cradle of popular culture in Spain.

A natural crunchy snack, it can be said that every Spaniard has had these in their childhood days. The history of this snack originates from bakers in need of making some extra money by selling the remaining dough when making big loafs of bread.

Picos became part of famous tapas such as the “Russian salad”, which is a must-have in any bar, tavern, restaurant or beach bar in Spain. Picos bread sticks are eaten together with iberico ham, lomo, chorizo, meat, cheese, sauces, sobrasada, dish, pâté, salad, potatoes, gazpacho and soups.
